God accompanies Dr Mohammed to a page 3 party

The next day with tearful farewells the three friends separated, whilst Harry and John moved to a mans hostel, God moved in with Dr Mohammed . Mohammed lived in the posh locality of the city ,his apartment consisted of a living room ,dining room ,two bedrooms and a kitchen and since he lived all alone ,he was happy to take in God .From the very beginning they both took to each other as fish takes to water .God proved to be the perfect guest and here too He made use of His cooking expertise. God started cooking their noon and evening meals and Mohammed just loved the food cooked by Him and in His company he too turned a vegetarian, he took Him around and showed Him various interesting places in Bombay then one day he asked God to accompany him to a page 3 party”and what is a page 3 party?”,God questioned him in a curious voice
“page 3 parties are held by people who have all the power and wealth in this world and who want to flaunt their wealth to inflate their ego”, replied Mohammed
“excuse me but I do not want to go, I will be a complete misfit in their company” ,said God
“no you are certainly not a misfit,you look more noble and richer then any one of them,your very appearance epitomizes grander and opulence which leaves a lasting impression on everyone,come on friend ,I want to show all my friends what a great friend I have, I am sure they will all die of jealousy”
“so you want to show me off?” ,God asked in a teasing manner
“I was just joking, now get ready otherwise we will be late”.
“it is midnight already when most of the people are in bed and you want to go now”.
“page 3 parties start only after midnight because they are all night birds, replied Mohammed
When God went to dress up, the Goddess was waiting in His room with a dhoti and kurtta, ”wear this dhoti and kurta you will look very dashing in this attire”
God saw the dress and He liked it ,He immediately put on the dress when Goddess saw Him she whistled softly, ”vow you look so dashing and handsome you will break many a female heart today ”God blushed a beetroot red ,On seeing Him Mohammed could not help saying, ”you have amazing looks and personality my friend, every one will try to get close to you especially the women folk”

When they entered the party ,it was full of smoke, everyone had a cigarette dangling from his and her lips ,most of them smoked with one hand and carried a glass of liquor in the other hand .On seeing God, all the people stopped their conversation and looked at them.
Gods handsome body with its magnetism made a powerful statement, He had all the attributes necessary for a powerful personality .A woman with a micro mini skirt and a backless blouse with streaked hair and loads of diamonds on her body stood before God looking at Him” have not seen Him before ,who is He? ,she asked Mohammed
“His name is God” .was Mohammeds reply
“a very interesting name” ,then addressing God she asked”can I get you something-scotch,rum,wine anything”
“he does not drink”.replied Mohamed on Gods behalf
“his attire shows that He only imbibes Indian drinks like bhang our maybe amrit which is very famous amongst the denizens of heaven”,she said laughing derisively. God was about to make a reply when a smart lady attired in jeans and shirt and pencil thin heels approached God ”hi handsome” ,she said in greeting” may I have the pleasure of your company” ,before God could make a reply, He was surrounded by men” your attire looks simply stunning who is the designer of your clothes ,I would like to order the same type of dress for myself” ,said one of them
“these are no designer clothes ,my wife has stitched them for me” was Gods reply
“you must be joking” ,said another man present there. ”don’t tell me your wife finds time to stitch clothes, our wives don’t have even time to talk to us they are so busy shopping, attending kitty parties and gossiping”.
“in that case I am a singularly lucky man because my wife is an epitome of goodness ,she is not only extremely beautiful with a heart of gold ,but she has all the attributes of an excellent and a perfect wife” ,God said proudly Goddess Laxshmi who was hearing all the praises being showered on her by God was extremely happy,God had made her day for her. .just then Mohammed intervened and took God to a quiet place from where they could get full view of the party .
“I don’t see anyone enjoying the party all are putting up a façade ,they why are they here?, asked God of Mohammed
“it is a compulsion to some people to attend such parties to show off their riches ,and for some like me it is necessary to be here because you make contacts here and improve your business”
“so many ladies here are in various stages of undress, why is it so? they are rich enough to afford clothes, then why are they wearing such itsy bitsy pieces of clothing ?”.God asked in a surprised voice
Mohammed laughed heartily before replying ,”these girls are wearing these clothes to flaunt their bodies its their motto if you have good figure, flaunt it”
“but this way they are putting ideas into the men who are present here” ,said God
“the main aim of these ladies is to attract the attention of rich men-the man can be any thing bald ,ugly and boring but he should be loaded because this is their only passport of enjoying a rich life”
“and whose that middle aged woman drinking heavily and flaunting hair style and dress of a teenager? ”,asked God
“she is an agent who supplies rich and bored men girls their daughters age and therefore she is invited to all the society parties ,the girls befriend the men till it suits them ,once they have milked the man nicely, they hunt for another prey” ,replied Mohammed
“I see every one looks the same in dress, appearance and mannerisms ,they are imitating each other they are acting like clones of one another quite forgetting that no one can reproduce another’s charisma ,talent and success, you can imitate some ones way of life ,his way of dressing and carrying himself ,but this will not bring any fulfillment to you, the grass is always green on the other side ,you can gauge some one externally ,what lies inside nobody can fathom, his fears, his insecurities ,his vices ,the outside is only a façade to hide the internal unhappiness .,besides everyone should create one’s own identity when you become yourself you will find people gravitating towards you because you are different from others and not an imitation of others ,everyone present here is after external beauty which is temporary ,but inner beauty is permanent and eternal, this is the beauty which will help you in your lives and not the outer appearance ,you may dress and appear like a princess but this will not help you in times of distress and fear, only your inner strength and equipoise will keep you calm and unruffled ,for this you have to activate the divine core in you from which flows a non ending stream of peace .Imitating others does not give you any peace and happiness, it gives rise to jealousy and hatred ,anger and frustration because all the time you are comparing yourself with others since you want to be the best but you cannot be because nothing is in your control, as long as there is limited understanding and wisdom you can not rid your mind of stress and tension ”,said God
Just then a lady dressed to the hilt and sporting diamonds as big as rocks, grabbed a waitresses arm and gave her a stinging slap on her cheek” are you blind or something cant you see where you are going, ?”,the lady shouted at her .The waitress mumbled an apology ,her face had crumpled up and with bowed head she made a quick gateway.
The only fault of the poor girl was that she had bumped into the lady whilst she was eating her food, her plate of food shook alarmingly and almost fell down, this small incidence had made her mad with rage God who was a witness to everything could not help commenting” this lady is a disturbed personality therefore she resorted to violence, her mind is full of stress and frustration there is no peace in her mind , in fact every one of them is harboring violent thoughts against each other ,they are all violent people who could kill each other with their thoughts.
All are jealous of one another and every one hates each other but due to the compulsion to show off their riches they gather together and try to out do one another” ,said God
“violent thoughts are worst then doing the act of violence”. said Harry
“you are right they are worst then committing an act of violence, replied God” violent thoughts complexly corrodes the mind ,killing some body in your thoughts is violent ,angry thoughts are also called an act of violence ,banging a door which startles your adversary is an act of violence, spitting on the ground is violence ,denying some body an opportunity to succeed is violence, jumping a queue is violence, sneering at some body is violence ,gossiping is violence, allowing violence to take place is also an act of violence” ,said God
“then according to you all the people present here are violent” ,asked Mohammed
“no doubt they are a violent lot and they are also unhappy ,frustrated and a dissatisfied lot,money can bestow upon you material things like cars, jets ,bunglows, yatches and jewellary but this is not real wealth,material wealth does not remain stationery it moves from one person to another ,from one nation to another ,from one generation to another. True wealth is not what is with you ,but what is within you. The inner wealth of knowledge, experience and wisdom can help you maintain your worldly wealth ,only continous empowerment with knowledge and wisdom can help your wealth to stay with you, a wise man can create wealth at any time and at any place, but these rich and spoilt people are destroying their inner wealth by indulging in wrong things and this will sooner or later bring about their mental distress ”,observed God.
“you are so wise and clever why don’t you to speak to them to give up this shallow life and go to the path of spirituality which will not only bring to them happiness but also satisfaction, this life has made them lazy ,wealth can not be created without an active economical and financial policy, but laziness will wittle away their wealth because to earn you require continous activity without which wealth will be never attracted towards you, please help them my friend .You exude a sense of power and perfection therefore every one of them will listen to you because I can see that everyone has immense respect for you ”,said Mohammed
“one should not try to impose his will or ideas upon others, unless they have asked for such guidance ,unsolicited counsel creates tremendous resentment,unless a person is himself ready for councelling and guidiance,he does not want to be told what to do, no one likes the advice to be forced down his throat. When he is ready himself for guidance he will himself seek out a person whom he loves and admires and whose words carry weight for him ,till then I can do nothing to help them ”,said God with a deep sigh
“let us leave now, its already very late ,I am feeling tired and sleepy ”,continued God
“I too have to go to my clinic early to see a patient” ,said Mohammed getting up, they wished every one goodbye and left the vanue
It was almost dawn when they reached home
”did you enjoythe party” ,Goddess Laxshmi who was waiting for Him in his room asked Him on seeing Him
“no”, was Gods reply
“I knew they were not your kind of people, those people have no human values of friendship ,compassion ,co-operation and spirituality .Spirituality nourishes human values of compassion ,love ,caring and sharing and acceptance”
“there are different types of people who make up the world ”,said God
“will you help them to turn to spirituality?”.
“they are drunk with the power of wealth ,its no use wasting my time on them ,they wont listen to me ”,replied God
“but you can try cant you” .said Goddess Laxshmi
“cant we talk about this tomorrow ,now let me go to sleep”, said God with a deep yawn before hopping into His bed.
